Are your shoes customized with Original shoes ?

Yes, by placing this order, you authorize us to purchase the base footwear on your behalf for the purpose of customization. Please note that we do not resell the shoes; rather, we act as your purchasing agent to acquire them directly for you. As such, you are only charged a labor and service fee for the personalization work from our side.

How long to receive my package ?

Our shoe realization process spans over a period of 10 days. We then initiate global shipping, which typically takes around 20 days.

Are you a legit store ?

Absolutely, we are a completely legitimate business. We utilize secure payment platforms like Stripe, Paypal, to ensure safe transactions. In the unlikely event that you suspect any fraudulent activity or issues, you can promptly raise a dispute without any constraints. Your trust and confidence in our business are paramount to us.

How can i choose my size correctly ?

We provide an accurate European/US size chart on each product page. If you're from the UK, it's recommended that you measure the length of your feet and convert that into the corresponding European size using the size chart provided. That way you can find the best fit. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to connect with us.

I made a mistake on ths shipping address and want to modify the shipping address 

You may update your shipping address within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, changes will no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the local transporter to retrieve your package. Should the package be returned to us, rescheduling delivery will incur additional fees. This is not in our coverage.

It is not possible to cancel the order, as this is a personalization service, once you placed the order, our team will start the whole process to personalize the shoes.

Once the design has been selected according to the customer's preferences, If customer would like to have a new design, you can contact us to get a quote. Our personalization is made with hand paint.
